“Rocky” star Sylvester Stallone is putting his La Quinta, California, villa on the market for $3.35 million, roughly $1.15 million less than what he paid for it ten years ago.

The Mediterranean- and Tuscan-style home spans 4,889 square feet, featuring four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as detailed in the listing by Josh Reef of Douglas Elliman, who listed the property on Wednesday.

Built in 2008, the two-story residence boasts a grand living room with soaring ceilings and a stone fireplace, a dining room that opens to a terrace, a kitchen with wood cabinetry, a wood-and-stone center island, a breakfast area, and a wine room, according to the listing.

At 73, Mr. Stallone, the actor, screenwriter, director, and painter, purchased the property in 2010 for $4.5 million through a trust, according to property records.

He initially listed the property for $4.2 million in 2014. Since then, it has been taken on and off the market at various prices, with different brokers handling the listing. It was removed from the market in 2016, when it was last priced at $3.625 million, according to listing records.

Listing agent Mr. Reef noted that Mr. Stallone and his family used the home for desert vacations, and the property has been well-maintained.

A representative for Mr. Stallone, famed for creating and starring in the “Rocky” film series, confirmed he is the seller but offered no further comment.

The design features include wooden double doors, arched entryways, vaulted and beamed ceilings, along with fireplaces throughout the home.

The 0.45-acre outdoor space boasts multiple terraces, a pool, a spa, and a built-in firepit.

“It sits on the largest lot of all the villas in La Quinta,” said Mr. Reef. “And it has a charming creek flowing through the backyard, which makes it truly special.”
