Tiger Woods has a new romance with Vanessa Trump.

A source close to the Trump family tells PEOPLE that Woods, 49, and Trump, 47, have been quietly dating for several months.

According to the insider, her ex-husband, Donald Trump Jr., has no issues with the relationship.

The Daily Mail was the first to report the news.

Vanessa and Donald Jr. were married for 12 years before she filed for divorce in 2018.

Woods and Trump share several common interests. Both spend much of their time in Florida, and Trump’s daughter, Kai Trump, is a rising golf star. In August, Golfweek reported that the 17-year-old committed to playing for the University of Miami and will join the team this fall.

On Feb. 16, Woods, Vanessa, and Kai were seen arriving together at a tournament in Florida.

Just a few days later, on Feb. 20, the golf legend was honored at the White House by President Donald Trump during a reception celebrating Black History Month.

The news of Woods’ new relationship comes just two days after the golfer revealed he had ruptured his Achilles tendon.

“As I started increasing my training and practice at home, I felt a sharp pain in my left Achilles, which was diagnosed as a rupture,” Woods, 49, shared on social media.

He added, “This morning, Dr. Charlton Stucken from the Hospital for Special Surgery in West Palm Beach, Florida, performed a minimally invasive surgery to repair the ruptured tendon.”

It’s been a challenging start to 2025 for Woods, who tragically lost his mother, Kultida Woods, on Feb. 4 at the age of 81.

“With heartfelt sadness, I share that my dear mother, Kultida Woods, passed away early this morning,” Woods wrote on social media. “My mom was a force of nature in her own right, and her spirit was simply undeniable.”

He went on, “She had a quick wit and a great laugh. She was my biggest fan and greatest supporter—without her, none of my personal achievements would have been possible. She was loved by so many, especially by her two grandchildren, Sam and Charlie. Thank you all for your support, prayers, and respect for our privacy during this difficult time for me and my family. Love you, Mom.”
